Tribute to Jo Jo Rice
The 2011 Spirit of Nations Powwow honors the memory of Jo Jo Rice, Pawnee, Sauk-Fox, Otoe and Pottawatomie, who served well over a decade as the emcee for the early Knoxville powwows.
